Contact Us collects a name, email, subject and message. Faith Forge Labs stores these on its server for review and response, with the source site and page, available campaign details, IP address and browser information.

Service boundaries
Content is general planning information, not a binding quote, legal advice or a conformance certification. Evaluation criteria, coverage, test conditions and unresolved findings must be recorded for the actual project.
