Documents, media, embedded tools and vendor components need explicit coverage. Access to their source or supplier can affect which repairs are possible.
Evaluation and retesting
Agree criteria, devices, input methods, assistive technology and reporting needs. A focused barrier repair and a broader standards evaluation require different effort and evidence.
Prepare a useful first scope.
Bring the important task, known findings, current technology and access owner. Prioritize a blocking journey and repeated defects, with a clear retest and list of exclusions.
